- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I don't even want to give this place a star. This place is ridiculous. At first I called and called and no one would pick up the phone.. finally after the phone rang for a good 5 minutes someone picked up and told me to hold. I was on hold for an hour before I had to just hang up. My package has been sitting at this facility for over a month now and I can't even get ahold of anyone about it!
