- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have had so much trouble with Community Banks Web site and logging in, during the evening when they have no one available to assist you and I have time to do banking. I've had an account with them for over 15 years and they now are saying they don"t have my correct phone number to verify my account! REALLY!!! I have very important banking business that needs to be done tonight now I can't. I really like the location of my Aspen Community Bank and the fact that they have parking. But these types of problems are recurring, I think unfortunately after all these years with them I need to change banks.By Susan Schlundt, February 01, 2017
